Booking an Appointment

Appointments are arranged using our online booking system. Clients under 18 must be escorted by a family guardian. Please note that your appointment may start a little later than the time booked. We aim to see all clients within 15 minutes of their booked times.

Appointment slots are limited and tend to fill up quickly. New slots are made available every two weeks. If the button below reads 'fully booked' or there is no availability on the calendar, please revisit regularly to check for availability, or alternatively join our Telegram Channel to receive early notice of openings.

Update: May is fully booked. Appointment slots for June will be released in the latter half of May.

Pricing & Cancellations

Appointments are free. To ensure fairness, kindly refrain from scheduling back-to-back appointments to allow others the opportunity to book. Please book a slot only if you can commit to attending.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours may result in blacklisting on future bookings. You have the option to cancel or reschedule using the confirmation email you receive after booking.

Should we need to cancel on our end, we'll do our best to accommodate you with an alternative date and time, subject to availability on our calendar.

In-Person Appointments

Each appointment is a maximum of 30 minutes and is open to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.

A female client must bring a male or female chaperone (another person to accompany them).

Appointments are held in-person at the masjid (1 Kitcat Terrace, E3 2SA).
